Who makes Sapphire's products?+
The formulas are by Dr. Nedelya Shtonova — a neurologist and Doctor of Medicine. They are produced in the European Union in laboratories with GMP certification, and every formula is registered in the BFSA registry. The number is on each product's page.
Which formula is for me?+
Answer the five questions in "Don't know where to start?" — we'll show you your profile, the formula that makes sense to start with, and when to take it. If you prefer to speak to a person — 02 408 5577.
Can I combine several formulas?+
Yes — Sapphire’s formulas are designed to complement each other and are taken at three different times: morning, afternoon, and evening. Microbiome 11 — 2 capsules in the morning; Gluco 1 and Menoflor 6 — 1 capsule each, morning and evening; Focus 7 — 2 capsules each, morning and afternoon; Focus 7 tea — one cup in the morning and afternoon; Sleep 8 — 2 capsules in the evening.
I am taking medication. May I?+
For most daily therapies, there is no issue. On the page for each formula, there is a "Can I take this with my therapy?" check — enter your medication and see. Where there is a real interaction, we state it honestly. In case of doubt, the final word belongs to your treating physician.
When will I feel a difference?+
Different for every formula — and the honest timeframe is on its page. The melatonin in Sleep 8 is a signal that very same evening; for Menoflor 6, the reasonable period is 8 weeks; with Focus 7, bacopa is the slow ingredient and the period is three months. Experiences are individual.
How do delivery and payment work?+
Delivery to an address or courier office in 1–2 business days. Orders placed by 4:00 PM ship the same day. Free delivery on orders over €60. Pay online by card or in cash upon delivery.

What about during pregnancy, breastfeeding, and for children?+
We do not recommend the formulas during pregnancy and breastfeeding. The age limit is different for each one — it is written on its page.
