🚚Ordering and delivery21

How do I order?+
The easiest way is on sapphire.bg: choose the formula and pack, add it to the cart and complete your order. If you prefer to order by phone, call +359 2 408 5577, Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00.
Can I order by phone?+
Yes. Call +359 2 408 5577 during working hours (Mon–Fri, 9:00–17:00) and our team will take your order.
Which courier do you use?+
We work with Econt and Speedy — delivery to an address or to a courier office, whichever you prefer — and with Box Now lockers. Delivery to a Box Now locker is available only with card payment, as cash on delivery is not possible there.
How long does delivery take?+
Orders placed by 16:00 on a working day are shipped the same day. Delivery is on the next working day, usually between 9:00 and 17:00. Couriers do not work on public holidays.
How much does delivery cost?+
The price is not fixed — it is calculated automatically based on the address, the number and value of the products, and is shown in real time before you complete your order.
When is delivery free?+
For orders over €60, delivery is on us. For example, three packs of one formula or two different capsule formulas.
Can I track my parcel?+
Yes. Once shipped, you receive a tracking number from the courier (Econt, Speedy or Box Now) to follow your parcel on their website or app. If the parcel cannot be delivered to the address, it usually goes to the nearest courier office.
Do you deliver outside Bulgaria?+
Write to us at office@sapphire.bg or via direct message with the country you are in, and we will tell you whether and on what terms we can deliver.
Can I change or cancel an order I have already placed?+
Yes, if the parcel has not been shipped yet. Call +359 2 408 5577 or write to office@sapphire.bg with your order number — the sooner, the easier.
I have not received my parcel. What should I do?+
Check the tracking number with the courier. If something is wrong, send us your order number at office@sapphire.bg or call +359 2 408 5577 — we will check right away.
I received the wrong product or a damaged package.+
We are sorry! Write to office@sapphire.bg with your order number and a photo. If the mistake is ours or the damage happened in transit, we replace the product at our expense.
Where can I buy the products in store?+
Besides sapphire.bg — in Subra, 36.6 and Nove pharmacies and in dm drugstores. Availability varies by product and store, so please check with the store before you go.
Are there promotions and bundle prices?+
Yes. With 2 packs of one formula you save 10%, with 3 — 20%. Current promotions are always on sapphire.bg.
Why order from sapphire.bg and not from another website?+
sapphire.bg is the only official online store of Dr. Shtonova. There you can be sure you receive the original product, with a current expiry date and stored correctly.
My parcel came from Montana. Is the product original?+
Yes. Sapphire’s logistics centre and warehouse are in Montana — all parcels are shipped from there. The manufacturer’s address on the label is different because production and storage are in different places.
I cannot complete my order on the website. What should I do?+
Call +359 2 408 5577 — we will take your order by phone and check what happened.
I saw the product cheaper on another website. Is it genuine?+
The only official online store is sapphire.bg. Websites with “discounted” prices and Dr. Shtonova’s face are not ours — do not order from them, and please send us the link at office@sapphire.bg.
Where is my gift — the eBook?+
The eBook is a gift with your order and arrives automatically in the order confirmation email — as an attachment or a download link. If you cannot see it, check your Spam and Promotions folders, and if the email looks incomplete, click “Show images” at the top. Still cannot find it? Write to us and we will send it again.
What happens if a product is temporarily out of stock?+
Sometimes demand gets ahead of production. In that case we accept the order, let you know and ship it as soon as the new batch arrives — usually within a few days. If you do not want to wait, you can cancel the order and we will refund you if you paid by card.
I placed an order but did not receive a confirmation. Has it been accepted?+
Check your Spam and Promotions folders — the confirmation sometimes ends up there. If it is not there either, write to us with the name the order was placed under and your phone number — we will check right away.
Can I order via the website chat?+
Yes. Write the product and quantity, your name, phone and address or courier office in the chat — the order is passed to our team and we will confirm it.

💳Payment and returns10

How can I pay?+
By debit or credit card when ordering, or cash on delivery — in cash to the courier upon receipt.
Is card payment safe?+
Yes, completely. Card payments go through the secure banking system — your card details are processed by the bank and never reach us.
Can I get an invoice?+
Yes. Enter your invoice details when ordering or write to us at office@sapphire.bg with your order number.
Can I return a product?+
Yes — within 14 days of receipt, in its original sealed condition (unopened, with intact packaging). The amount is refunded within 30 days of receiving the returned goods, to a bank account you specify. Return costs are paid by the buyer unless the mistake is ours.
How do I file a complaint?+
Write to office@sapphire.bg with your order number, a description and a photo. Complaints are accepted for manufacturing defects, missing parts, a wrong or missing item and transport damage.
I have opened the package. Can I return it?+
Dietary supplements can only be returned in their original sealed condition — unopened. If you have a problem with the product, write to us — we will look into it together.
My promo code does not apply. What should I do?+
Check that it is spelled exactly right and that it is valid for the products in your cart. If it still does not work, call +359 2 408 5577 or write to office@sapphire.bg — we will help.
Will I receive a receipt?+
Yes — the receipt comes by email or with the parcel from the courier.
My promo code does not work. What should I do?+
The most common reasons are an expired code, a code that cannot be combined with a promotional bundle, or a typo. Send us the code and what you want to order — if the code is valid, we will apply it to your order manually.
What are points and how do I use them?+
You collect points with every order. Collected points turn into a discount on your next order. Points have an expiry date — we will remind you by email before they expire.

🕒Intake and combining15

When should I take each formula?+
All are taken at three moments of the day. Morning: Microbiome 11 — 2 capsules before breakfast; Focus 7 — 2 capsules with breakfast; Gluco 1 — 1 capsule; Menoflor 6 — 1 capsule; Focus 7 Tea — 1 cup. Afternoon: Focus 7 — 2 capsules with lunch; Focus 7 Tea — 1 cup. Evening: Gluco 1 — 1 capsule with dinner; Menoflor 6 — 1 capsule; Sleep 8 — 2 capsules before bed.
Can I combine several Sapphire formulas?+
Yes — the formulas are designed to complement each other and can be combined while keeping to the daily dose of each. The only timing we keep: Focus 7 — last intake by 17:00, Sleep 8 — evening only.
Which formula is right for me?+
Answer the five questions in the “Not sure where to start?” advisor on the home page — you will see your profile, which formula to start with and when to take it. Or call +359 2 408 5577.
With food or on an empty stomach?+
Microbiome 11 — in the morning before breakfast. Focus 7, Gluco 1 and Menoflor 6 — with food. Sleep 8 — in the evening, with a little water. The tea — whenever it suits you, morning and afternoon.
What if I miss a dose?+
Nothing special — continue with the usual dose at the next intake. Do not double up. Regularity does matter, though, because most ingredients work by building up.
How long do I need to take it to feel a difference?+
It differs for each formula — the honest timeframe is on its page. The melatonin in Sleep 8 is a signal the very same evening; for Gluco 1 and Microbiome 11 think in 60 days; for Menoflor 6 — 8 weeks; with Focus 7, memory is the slow part — three months. Experiences are strictly individual.
Do I need to take breaks?+
When the daily dose is followed, the formulas are suitable for long-term daily use and do not require breaks. With a chronic condition, the duration is decided by your doctor.
If I stop taking it, will everything go back to how it was?+
The support is linked to regular intake, so after stopping it is normal for the body to gradually return to its usual state. Your doctor can give the most accurate assessment of specific health markers.
Can I take them with coffee?+
Yes. Focus 7 contains no caffeine and goes well with coffee. With Sleep 8, it is best to have your last coffee by 16:00, because caffeine in the afternoon works against the evening sleep signal.
Can I exceed the dose for a faster effect?+
No. Keep to the recommended daily dose — the doses are calculated to be both effective and safe. More does not mean faster.
Do I need to change my diet?+
Supplements support your diet, sleep and movement — they do not replace them. A balanced plate with fibre and protein, exercise and water make every formula more meaningful.
Can I give the products to my child?+
All Sapphire formulas are for adults and children over 12. Sleep 8 is an exception — it is only for people over 18. Menoflor 6 is also an exception — it is made for women in perimenopause and menopause. For a child with a diagnosis or on therapy — only after the paediatrician’s assessment.
Can I take more capsules for a faster effect?+
No. Keep to the recommended daily dose — more does not mean faster and may upset your stomach.
I have finished one pack. Should I continue?+
One pack lasts 30 days — most formulas need more time. The honest timeframe is on each product page: Gluco 1 and Microbiome 11 — about 60 days, Menoflor 6 — 8 weeks, Focus 7 — three months, Sleep 8 — at least 30 evenings at the same time.
Can I open the capsule and pour out the contents?+
We do not recommend it. The capsules are designed to be swallowed whole — this way the ingredients are released where they need to be. If you find it hard to swallow capsules, write to us and we will think about it together.

🛡️Medication and safety19

I take medication. Can I take the products?+
With most everyday therapies — yes. On every product page, and further down in this library, there is a “Can I, with my therapy?” check: type in your medication and see the specific answer. Where there is a real, documented interaction, we say so honestly. When in doubt, your doctor has the final word.
I am pregnant or breastfeeding. Can I?+
We do not recommend Sapphire formulas during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Consult your doctor — they will assess what is suitable for you during this period.
Do they have side effects?+
When the daily dose is followed, no side effects are expected — the ingredients are selected for their good safety profile. The only thing to check beforehand: if you have a known allergy to any ingredient, do not take the product.
I have an upcoming operation. Should I stop?+
Standard practice is a 1–2 week break before a planned operation and resuming after recovery. For Focus 7 Tea (because of the ginkgo) — 3–4 days before. Tell your anaesthetist what you are taking.
I have Hashimoto’s. Can I?+
Without thyroid therapy — Gluco 1, Focus 7 and Microbiome 11 have no established interaction. Menoflor 6 contains ashwagandha, which has a described effect on thyroid hormones, so mention it to your endocrinologist. If you take levothyroxine, separate the intake: the hormone in the morning on an empty stomach, Gluco 1 and Focus 7 — at least 4 hours later.
I take Euthyrox (levothyroxine). What should I watch out for?+
A simple timing rule: the hormone in the morning on an empty stomach, and Gluco 1 and Focus 7 — at least 4 hours later, with food, so they do not interfere with each other’s absorption. For Menoflor 6 and Focus 7 Tea (because of the ashwagandha) — first a short talk with your endocrinologist.
I take diabetes medication. Can I?+
With Gluco 1 — only after agreeing it with your doctor, because both the therapy and the formula act on blood sugar; doses and monitoring are their decision. Focus 7 and Microbiome 11 have no direct link to blood sugar.
I take blood thinners. Can I?+
It depends on the formula. Menoflor 6 is not suitable with Sintrom/warfarin — it contains vitamin K2. With the newer anticoagulants (Eliquis, Xarelto), vitamin K has no effect. Focus 7, Sleep 8 and Focus 7 Tea — only under a doctor’s supervision. Microbiome 11 has no described interaction.
I take blood pressure medication. Can I?+
Yes — just monitor your readings for the first few weeks. The exceptions: with losartan, the berberine in Gluco 1 may weaken its effect, and with nifedipine — melatonin (Sleep 8) and ginkgo (Focus 7 Tea) may affect it. In those cases, ask your cardiologist first.
I take antidepressants. Can I?+
Gluco 1, Focus 7 and Microbiome 11 have no established interaction. Sleep 8 should not be combined with fluvoxamine — it increases melatonin levels many times over. With sedatives and sleeping pills — Sleep 8 only if your doctor approves it.
I have epilepsy. Which formula is suitable?+
Focus 7 and Focus 7 Tea — only after talking to your neurologist (huperzine A, acetyl-L-carnitine, ginkgo). Gluco 1 and Microbiome 11 have no such restriction.
I have gastritis or reflux. Can I?+
Yes. Take Gluco 1 and Focus 7 with food, never on an empty stomach — this is how they are best tolerated by a sensitive stomach.
I am on chemotherapy. Can I?+
During active cancer treatment, every supplement should be agreed with your oncologist — they see the whole therapy. After the treatment ends, we will be happy to help you choose support.
I have allergies. What should I check?+
Focus 7 contains omega-3 from fish oil — it is not suitable if you are allergic to fish. Gluco 1 contains milk thistle — from the daisy family (ragweed, chamomile). The full composition of each formula is on its product page.
Why don’t you say “yes” for every therapy from a distance?+
Because the final word on your therapy belongs to the doctor who knows you. That is why we give you a precise starting point — what is fine, what requires a doctor and what we do not recommend — and the full composition for the review.
I have a heart condition or stents. Can I?+
If you take blood thinners, see the question about them: Menoflor 6 is not suitable with Sintrom, and Focus 7, Sleep 8 and Focus 7 Tea — only with a doctor. Microbiome 11 has no described interaction. With cardiac therapy, show the composition to your cardiologist.
I have an autoimmune disease. Can I?+
The ashwagandha in Menoflor 6 may stimulate the immune system — with immunosuppressants or an autoimmune disease, intake should be agreed with your doctor. There is no such restriction for the other formulas.
I have kidney disease. Can I?+
In severe kidney disease, magnesium (in Focus 7 and Sleep 8) is retained in the body — intake should be assessed by a nephrologist.
Can I send you my test results so you can tell me if they are fine?+
We cannot interpret test results or assess your health — that is the job of your doctor, who knows the whole picture. We will gladly send you the full composition of the formula so you can show it to your doctor.

🔬Quality and origin13

Where are the products made?+
In the European Union, in GMP-certified laboratories.
Are the products registered with the BFSA?+
Yes — every formula is notified under the Food Act and listed in the register of the Bulgarian Food Safety Agency (BFSA). The number is on the product page. The registration is a notification — it is not an “approval of effect”, but confirmation that the product is legally on the market.
Are they dietary supplements or medicines?+
Dietary supplements. They are not medicines, they do not cure and they do not replace a varied diet, a healthy lifestyle and treatment prescribed by a doctor.
Are there clinical studies on the products?+
The formulas are built on ingredients with published clinical research, in the doses stated on the label. On the product pages we cite 60 studies with author, journal and source. To be honest: the studies are on the ingredients, not on the finished product — dietary supplements do not go through clinical trials like medicines.
What does “EU-authorised health claim” mean?+
In the EU, dietary supplements may only claim what the European Food Safety Authority has assessed and listed in an official register (Regulation 432/2012). That is why on our pages you will see, for example, “Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels” — word for word, as authorised.
Do they contain GMOs, preservatives or colourings?+
No — the formulas are free from GMOs, preservatives, sweeteners and colourings. Focus 7 Tea is sweetened only with stevia leaves.
Why does the label list the exact amounts of everything?+
Because we believe you have the right to know what you are taking. We have no “proprietary blend” — every ingredient is listed with its exact dose so you can check it or show it to your doctor.
How should I store the products?+
In a dry, cool place, away from direct light and out of the reach of young children. Microbiome 11 — best kept in the fridge so the live cultures last longer.
What is the shelf life?+
The expiry date is printed on every pack. When you order from sapphire.bg, you receive a product with a current expiry date.
Are they suitable for vegans?+
Yes — all Sapphire capsules are plant-based, so the formulas are suitable for vegans and vegetarians. The exception is Focus 7: it contains omega-3 from fish oil and is not vegan.
Why is there no Bulgarian leaflet on the box?+
The Bulgarian instructions are under the outer label: it peels off and there is a second one underneath with the full text. If you cannot find it, write to us — we will send it to you right away.
Do they contain lactose or gluten?+
No. Sapphire formulas are lactose-free and gluten-free, and the capsules are plant-based. The exception is Focus 7 — its capsule is not plant-based; if you have an intolerance, write to us and we will check the label together with you.
Do you have a product for the thyroid, cholesterol or potency?+
Not yet. The Sapphire range includes formulas for memory and focus (Focus 7 and Focus 7 Tea), blood sugar balance (Gluco 1), digestion (Microbiome 11), menopause (Menoflor 6) and sleep (Sleep 8). If you have a thyroid condition, see the “Can I, with my therapy?” check for compatibility with your medication.

💎Dr. Shtonova and Sapphire12

Are the products really by Dr. Nedelya Shtonova?+
Yes. Sapphire is the official brand of Dr. Nedelya Shtonova, and sapphire.bg is the only official online store. The formulas were created by her.
Who is Dr. Nedelya Shtonova?+
A neurologist and MD, long-time host of “The World of Health” on national television, winner of the “Golden Pen” award and author of “A Kite to Paradise”. More on the “About us” page.
I saw an ad with Dr. Shtonova’s face that leads to another website. Is it real?+
No. Unfortunately, there are fake ads using images of well-known people. Our real ads lead only to sapphire.bg and never promise a cure. Send us the link at office@sapphire.bg — we report them for removal.
Someone called me “on your behalf”. Was it you?+
We do not make such sales calls. Send us the number you were called from at office@sapphire.bg — we check every report.
Is it Dr. Shtonova who replies in the comments?+
The Sapphire team replies. The formulas and content were created by Dr. Shtonova, and we are here to help with questions and orders.
Why “Sapphire”?+
The story of the name and the brand is told by Dr. Shtonova on the “About us” page.

🧠Focus 720Go to Focus 7 →

What is Focus 7?+
A formula by Dr. Nedelya Shtonova for memory, focus and concentration: eleven ingredients with stated doses, including omega-3 with 500 mg DHA, BacoMind® 300 mg, citicoline 200 mg, magnesium L-threonate, acetyl-L-carnitine, coenzyme Q10, B vitamins and huperzine A. DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function (with 250 mg per day).
How do I take Focus 7?+
2 capsules twice a day, with food — morning and afternoon, last dose by 17:00. A total of 4 capsules per day.
How many capsules are in a pack?+
120 capsules — 30 days at 4 capsules a day.
When will I feel the effect?+
Tiredness usually eases first — between the second and fourth week. Attention — around weeks 5–8. Memory comes last: in studies, bacopa shows an effect at week 12. That is why the honest timeframe is three months.
Does it contain caffeine? Will it keep me awake?+
No. Focus 7 contains no caffeine and is not a stimulant — no overstimulation and no crash a few hours later. It is fine to take with coffee.
What is magnesium L-threonate?+
A form of magnesium designed to reach the brain. In laboratory studies it raises magnesium in the fluid around the brain; data in humans is limited, so we present it as the reason for choosing this form, not as a promise.
What is the advantage of liposomal capsules?+
A liposome is a tiny bubble made of the same type of fat as the cell membrane. The active substance travels protected through the digestive tract and is absorbed more fully, without irritating the stomach.
What is the source of the omega-3?+
Fish oil. That is why Focus 7 is not suitable if you are allergic to fish and seafood.
Vitamin B12 is 20 mg? Isn’t that a lot?+
20 micrograms (µg), not milligrams — an amount far below the upper limits for safe intake.
From what age is it suitable?+
For adults and children over 12. For a child with a diagnosis or on therapy — only after the paediatrician’s assessment.
Does it help with dementia or Alzheimer’s?+
Focus 7 is a dietary supplement and does not treat diseases. If you or a loved one take donepezil, rivastigmine or galantamine, Focus 7 is not suitable — huperzine A works by the same mechanism.
I have diabetes. Can I take Focus 7?+
Yes — Focus 7 has no direct link to blood sugar.
I take Euthyrox. Can I?+
Yes — separate the intake by at least 4 hours, because magnesium affects the absorption of the hormone. Mention it to your endocrinologist.
I take beta-blockers. Can I?+
Huperzine A and bacopa may slow the pulse further. It is not forbidden, but intake should be assessed by your cardiologist.
I am taking an antibiotic. Should I stop?+
No — just separate the times: the antibiotic (tetracycline or quinolone) at least 2 hours before or 4–6 hours after Focus 7, because of the magnesium.
Who do you not recommend Focus 7 for?+
During pregnancy and breastfeeding, for children under 12, with a fish allergy and when taking dementia medication. With epilepsy, severe kidney disease and anticoagulants — only after consulting a doctor.
I missed a day. Is that a problem?+
No. Continue the next day with the usual dose — do not double up.
What else can I do to make it work better?+
Sleep at least 7–8 hours, switch between tasks less, move and drink water. Focus 7 is support on top of a solid foundation, not a substitute for sleep.
Does it help with PMS?+
Focus 7 is not made for the cycle. The vitamin B6 in it contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity, but for specific complaints talk to your gynaecologist.
Can I also drink Focus 7 Tea?+
Yes — they are made to go together: the capsules in the morning and afternoon with food, the tea — instead of the afternoon coffee.

🍵Focus 7 Tea11Go to Focus 7 Tea →

What is in Focus 7 Tea?+
13 herbs: ginkgo biloba, gotu kola, rosemary, holy basil (tulsi), ashwagandha, sencha green tea, white tea, nettle, lavender, orange peel, jasmine green tea, stevia and natural orange flavour. 160 g, about 50 cups.
How do I prepare it?+
3–4 g (about one tablespoon) per cup, 300–350 ml of water at about 80°C — 2–3 minutes after the kettle switches off. Steep for 5–7 minutes under a lid, then strain. Do not boil the herbs — they become bitter.
How many cups a day and when?+
Two — morning and afternoon, instead of coffee. If you are sensitive to caffeine, have the last cup by 16:00.
Does it contain caffeine?+
Yes, a little — only the natural caffeine from the sencha, white tea and jasmine green tea. Less than a cup of pure green tea and much less than coffee.
Is it sweetened?+
No added sugar — the light sweet taste comes from stevia leaves.
Can I drink it cold?+
Yes — brew it, let it cool, add ice and a slice of orange.
From what age is it suitable?+
For adults and children over 12. Not for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
Can I drink it if I take medication?+
With most everyday therapies — yes. Take care with blood thinners, thyroid medication, nifedipine and epilepsy — in those cases, talk to your doctor first.
Is it instead of the Focus 7 capsules?+
No — the tea is the other half. The capsules deliver the stated doses; the tea is the ritual around them.
How many cups are in a pack?+
160 g — about 50 cups, or 25 days at two a day.
How long can I drink it?+
It is suitable for daily use all year round.

🍬Gluco 124Go to Gluco 1 →

What is Gluco 1?+
A metabolic formula by Dr. Nedelya Shtonova with four ingredients: berberine 400 mg, R-alpha-lipoic acid 200 mg, milk thistle 200 mg and chromium picolinate 200 µg per daily dose. Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels and to normal macronutrient metabolism.
How does Gluco 1 work?+
The four ingredients work in four different places: berberine — in the cell and in the gut; chromium — on the insulin signal; milk thistle — on the liver, which stores and releases glucose; alpha-lipoic acid — as an antioxidant. The goal is a steadier day, without sharp spikes and dips.
How do I take Gluco 1?+
2 capsules a day, with food — one in the morning and one in the evening, with your two largest meals. Never on an empty stomach.
Can I take both capsules at once?+
We recommend splitting them — one with each of the two main meals. This way the ingredients are there when there is something to balance, and your stomach handles them more comfortably.
How many capsules are in a pack?+
60 capsules — 30 days at 2 capsules a day. Two packs cover 60 days, three — 90 days.
How long should I take Gluco 1?+
Metabolism changes slowly — think in 60 days, not in days. For maintenance, people usually stay on 3-month courses. It is suitable for long-term daily use, with no need for breaks.
When will I feel a difference?+
Most often people notice their afternoons between the second and third week — a gentler dip around 16:00 and fewer sugar cravings. Experiences are individual.
Is it suitable if I do not have insulin resistance or diabetes?+
Yes. You do not need a diagnosis to think about your balance — Gluco 1 is suitable if you often eat carbohydrates, if your energy drops in the afternoon or if you get sugar cravings in waves.
I have insulin resistance but do not take medication. Can I?+
Yes, absolutely — Gluco 1 was created for exactly this profile and there is no data on any problem when you are not taking blood sugar medication.
I take metformin (Glucophage, Siofor, Metfogamma). Can I take Gluco 1?+
Only after agreeing it with your doctor. Both the medication and the formula act on blood sugar, so doses and monitoring are their decision. Write to us and we will send you the full composition for the review.
I take Ozempic, Mounjaro or insulin. Can I?+
Only after agreeing it with your doctor — for the same reason: both the therapy and Gluco 1 act in the same direction on blood sugar.
I have type 1 diabetes. Is it suitable?+
Gluco 1 is a dietary supplement and does not replace insulin in any way. With type 1 diabetes, every supplement should be assessed by your endocrinologist.
Can I stop my medication if I take Gluco 1?+
No. Gluco 1 does not replace treatment. Never stop or change a medication without your doctor.
Can my blood sugar drop too low?+
In people not taking blood sugar medication, Gluco 1 is not expected to cause a sharp drop. If you take insulin or diabetes tablets, agree the intake with your doctor so they can monitor your levels in the first weeks.
Will I lose weight with Gluco 1?+
Gluco 1 is not a weight-loss product and does not promise kilos. But when the sugar curve is steadier, the waves of strong hunger decrease — and for many people that was exactly the obstacle. It supports your plate, movement and sleep.
I take Euthyrox. Can I take Gluco 1?+
Yes — just separate the intake: the hormone in the morning on an empty stomach, Gluco 1 at least 4 hours later, with food. For peace of mind, mention it to your endocrinologist.
I take blood pressure medication. Can I take Gluco 1?+
Yes — monitor your readings for the first few weeks. Exception: with losartan, berberine may weaken its effect, so ask your cardiologist first.
I take statins or cholesterol medication. Can I?+
Berberine affects the enzymes that break down some medicines, including some statins. You can, but tell your doctor you are taking the supplement.
Who do you not recommend Gluco 1 for?+
During pregnancy and breastfeeding, for children under 12, when taking ciclosporin or tacrolimus (after a transplant), with G6PD deficiency (favism) and with an allergy to plants from the daisy family (ragweed, chamomile, marigold) — milk thistle is one of them.
I have fatty liver. Is it suitable?+
Gluco 1 is a dietary supplement and does not treat diseases. The milk thistle in it is a traditional ingredient for the liver, but with a confirmed diagnosis intake should be discussed with your doctor.
Does it have side effects?+
The ingredients have a very good safety profile and no side effects are expected when the dose is followed. Take the capsules with food — this is the most comfortable way to absorb them.
Is it suitable for men?+
Yes — Gluco 1 is for adult men and women, as well as for children over 12.
What else should I do besides the supplement?+
A plate with fibre and protein, movement (even a 10-minute walk after a meal), water and sleep. Gluco 1 supports them — it does not replace them.
Is there scientific evidence behind the formula?+
Yes — the four ingredients are among the most studied in the field of metabolism, with dozens of randomised trials and meta-analyses. On the Gluco 1 page we list 12 sources with author and journal.

🌿Microbiome 1121Go to Microbiome 11 →

What is Microbiome 11?+
A synbiotic — a probiotic and prebiotic in one capsule: six live strains (7 billion CFU per daily dose) and 400 mg of acacia fibre that feeds them.
Why is it called Microbiome 11 if there are six strains?+
“11” is part of the product name, not the number of strains. The formula has six strains and a total of 7 billion CFU per daily dose.
What are the exact strains?+
Bifidobacterium infantis LBI-04, B. longum LBL-01, B. breve LBB-05, B. lactis LBA-03, Lactobacillus plantarum LLP-2L and L. rhamnosus LLR-K22 — a 200 mg probiotic blend with 7 billion CFU per daily dose.
How do I take Microbiome 11?+
2 capsules in the morning, on an empty stomach, about 30 minutes before breakfast, with a glass of water. Coffee comes after. With a sensitive stomach, it can also be taken during breakfast.
What is the difference between a probiotic and a prebiotic?+
Probiotics are the beneficial live bacteria. Prebiotics are their food — here, 400 mg of acacia fibre. Together they are called a synbiotic.
How long should I take it?+
We recommend assessing after 60 days of regular intake. For maintenance, courses of 3 or 6 months are common. It is suitable for long-term use.
I took it for 3 months. When can I start again?+
Microbiome 11 does not require a break — you can continue without interruption or restart whenever you see fit, for example during stress, travel or after antibiotics.
When will I feel a difference?+
Every body has its own pace — for some people the change comes in the first week, for others it is gradual. A reasonable timeframe for assessment is 60 days.
Is it normal to feel more bloated at first?+
It happens to some people and is no cause for concern — the acacia fibre ferments in the gut, just as when your menu includes more beans, lentils or vegetables. It passes within a few days. You can split the capsules — morning and evening — or take 1 a day for a few days. If it continues, stop temporarily and start again with 1 capsule a day.
Does it need to be kept in the fridge?+
Yes, we recommend the fridge to best preserve the live cultures. A day or two in transit with the courier is not a problem — the cultures are in dry form in the capsule, and the fibre serves as a protective environment.
I did not keep it in the fridge. Has it gone off?+
Do not worry — storing it outside the fridge does not mean the cultures are destroyed; colder temperatures simply extend their life. From now on, keep it in the fridge.
Can I take it with an antibiotic?+
Yes — that is exactly when the flora needs support most. Take Microbiome 11 at least 2 hours after the antibiotic and continue after the course ends.
Do I need to have a problem to take it?+
No. Stress, rushed meals, travel and seasonal viruses disturb the balance. You do not need a diagnosis to take care of your digestion.
Does it help with bloating in the stomach rather than the belly?+
Microbiome 11 works in the gut. Heaviness and bloating high in the stomach, heartburn or pain have other causes — for those, it is best to seek the opinion of a gastroenterologist.
I have irritable bowel syndrome, constipation or candida. Is it suitable?+
Microbiome 11 is a dietary supplement, not a treatment. With a diagnosis, a probiotic may be part of your care, but this is decided together with your gastroenterologist.
Does it help with weight loss?+
It is not a weight-loss product. It is made for digestive comfort. Many people say their belly looks flatter when the bloating goes down.
Is it linked to immunity?+
A large part of the immune cells live in the gut. In a Cochrane review of 24 studies, people taking probiotics had upper respiratory infections less often. The review is on probiotics as a group, not on Microbiome 11.
Who is it not suitable for?+
With a severely weakened immune system (chemotherapy with neutropenia, after a transplant), with acute pancreatitis or a critical condition and with a central venous catheter — only with a doctor. During pregnancy and breastfeeding we do not recommend it without your doctor’s explicit approval.
From what age is it suitable?+
For adults and children over 12. For a child with a diagnosis — after the paediatrician’s assessment.
Is it suitable for vegans?+
Yes — Microbiome 11 is suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
I take levothyroxine. How do I combine the two morning doses?+
Both are taken in the morning on an empty stomach. Ask your endocrinologist how to space them — usually the hormone comes first and the probiotic later.

🌸Menoflor 621Go to Menoflor 6 →

What is Menoflor 6?+
A dietary supplement by Dr. Nedelya Shtonova for women in perimenopause, menopause and postmenopause. Five ingredients — myo-inositol 400 mg, ashwagandha KSM-66 200 mg, maca 100 mg, vitamin D3 2000 IU and vitamin K2 MK-7 100 µg — in six directions: hot flushes, sleep, mood, energy and libido, hormonal balance and bones.
How do I take Menoflor 6?+
2 capsules a day with food — one in the morning and one in the evening. Both can also be taken together. If the ashwagandha relaxes you, many women prefer the second capsule in the evening.
When will I notice an effect?+
First changes in mood and sleep — around 2 weeks. A more noticeable difference with hot flushes and energy — between weeks 4 and 6. A reasonable timeframe to judge is 8 weeks. Experiences are individual.
Does it contain hormones or soy?+
No and no. Menoflor 6 contains no hormones, soy or isoflavones. Maca is a cruciferous root — related to cabbage, not soy. In a placebo-controlled study, complaints decreased while levels of oestradiol, FSH and LH remained unchanged.
Does it contain phytoestrogens? I had breast cancer.+
Menoflor 6 contains no soy isoflavones. Maca, however, is discussed in hormone-dependent conditions, and ashwagandha may affect hormones — so with a past hormone-dependent cancer, intake must be discussed with your oncologist or gynaecologist.
Can it replace hormone therapy?+
No. Menoflor 6 is a dietary supplement and does not replace HRT. It is a different, non-hormonal path. The decision about HRT is yours and your doctor’s.
Can I take it together with HRT?+
Yes, under the supervision of your doctor — as with any supplement added to a therapy.
I am not in menopause yet. Is it suitable?+
Yes. Perimenopause begins years before the last period — for some women as early as 40–42, with the first hot flushes, broken sleep and mood changes. Menoflor 6 is designed for this stage too.
I only have poor sleep and mood changes. Is it suitable?+
Yes. You do not need to have hot flushes to be in the transition — for many women, sleep and mood are the first signs.
Can I take it while I still have periods?+
Yes — Menoflor 6 is non-hormonal and can be taken while you still have a cycle.
I take Sintrom. Can I?+
No — Menoflor 6 contains vitamin K2, which counteracts Sintrom and warfarin; this is documented. If you are concerned about digestion or immunity, Microbiome 11 can safely be taken with Sintrom.
I take Eliquis or Xarelto. Can I?+
Yes — with the newer anticoagulants, vitamin K does not affect their action. For peace of mind, mention it to your cardiologist.
I have Hashimoto’s or take Euthyrox. Can I?+
Menoflor 6 contains ashwagandha, for which there are described cases of increased thyroid hormones. With thyroid therapy, the better option is a short talk with your endocrinologist first.
I take antidepressants or sedatives. Can I?+
Ashwagandha has a calming effect that may add to the medication. You can take it, but tell your doctor; if you feel drowsy during the day, move the intake to the evening.
I have fibroids, cysts or polycystic ovaries. Is it suitable?+
There is no documented contraindication, but with a gynaecological condition the decision is your gynaecologist’s — show them the composition.
I already take vitamin D separately. Is that a problem?+
No, just calculate the total amount for the day — the daily dose in Menoflor 6 is 2000 IU.
What are the contraindications?+
Menoflor 6 is not intended for pregnant or breastfeeding women or for children. It should not be combined with Sintrom/warfarin because of vitamin K2. With a hormone-dependent cancer — consult your doctor first.
Does it have side effects?+
The formula has a good safety profile and no side effects are expected when the dose is followed. Ashwagandha has a mild calming effect — if it relaxes you, take the second capsule in the evening.
How long can I take it?+
It is suitable for long-term daily use; many women stay on it throughout the transition. No break is required.
Is it suitable for men?+
No — Menoflor 6 is made for women going through the transition.
How should it be stored?+
In a dry place at room temperature, away from direct light. It does not need refrigeration.
